[Jeffrey] As heard on episode 4 of Meet Me at the Deli, Jon Breen from Victoria, British Columbia (in Canada) wrote in with a question about canning gefilte fish, but he also teased a corned moose recipe (think corned beef…but moose) that he developed as a moose hunter in Canada’s Yukon Territories.
