Hanukkah Goose Extravaganza Dinner in Philly
Chef Ari Miller, inspired by Jeffrey’s oped in The New York Times, hosted 7 other chefs at his Post Haste restaurant for an epic holiday meal. Each chef was instructed to take inspiration from the lost tradition of the Hanukkah goose—a tradition which speaks to the seasonality and resourcefulness of the shtetl kitchen, in addition to the delectability of goose and duck.
