Hanukkah Goose-inspired Dinner in Philly

Join Jeffrey along with chefs Ari Miller (@PosthastePhilly) Caroline Schiff, Aaron Israel (Shalom Japan), and others for a celebration of culinary and culture. 8 chefs will come together to produce 1 menu, with each course built around or inspired by the tradition of the Hanukkah goose (the dinner is inspired by Jeffrey’s Op-Ed in the NYT.
